
MANAGING THE AIRFUND
Airfunders is working in conjunction with one of the UK’s leading Responsible and Sustainable Investment Managers. For the last 11 years this firm has won the best Ethical Provider from one of the UK’s leading investment publications. The firm is regulated and authorised through the Financial Conduct Authority and Airfunders are investing into their International Equity Fund which operates within the firms Responsible and Sustainable guidelines.
We should be clear that as this is an equity investment and the value of any investment, and the income generated from it may fall as well as rise and will be affected by currently fluctuating changes in interest rates, general market conditions and other political, social and economic developments, as well as by specific matters relating to the assets in which it invests. Past performance should not be seen as an indication of future performance
We will be provided with a Net Asset Value for the fund by our partner fund manager regularly.
The fund value will be the basis upon which each member’s entitlement to the AirFund is calculated.
This is a collective fund for the benefit of all members and not each individual’s personal investment. Entitlements can be transferred to a member’s personal pension at any time. Funds will be transferred as income in the tax year when transferred and therefore subject to tax but this tax should be reclaimed.
